I have been seeing Dr Rattan regularly over quite a period of time and she is always prepared to listen and support me. She always makes you feel that you are an individual and not just a number. She always gives you enough time, you never feel that your appointment must be rushed. My only criticism is that you can not get an on the day appointment with her very easily.

Dr Rattan is a great listener, very sympathetic, kind and compassionate. She always greets us with her beautiful smile, which puts us at ease straight away. The medical profession are very lucky to have her. Great GP.
